Before buying a new car, I visited dealerships for all manufacturers within my area and was surprised to discover how wrong my expectation was. Let me repeat that, only one dealership for all car manufacturers sought to work with me rather than sell to me. From the sales person on the floor, to the finance manager, from customer service to parts, all were and are polite and helpful. While others told me to "come back when I was ready to buy", goldstein worked with me to ensure I was satisfied in every step of the buying process. And I was. I bought two vehicles: A Jeep Compass and a Patriot. More importantly, Goldstein continues to win my admiration after the sale. If I can give you advise from a customer, you might turn your attention toward Latham. Something good is happening there. Something I tell everyone about.
