Dear Mr Goldstein, I was told that your motto is "customer satisfaction"..... well, I can honestly attest to that. I want to extend my appreciation to you and your staff for going above and beyond to make me a satisfied customer. I know you normally would not have done what your dealership has done for me. I am now driving a 2012 Buick LaCrosse and I am totally happy and satisfied with the car. Also i want to thank my sales associate for the concern and patience he had given me during both of my last 2 visits. He was very helpful & understanding. Lee made my transition to the LaCrosse a very pleasant experience. Frank the sales manager was also very attentive and went out of his way to mkae my visit to your dealership a comfortable one.
